NOTES:
- A £5 Centenary Fund levy will be added to all membership categories other than Juniors, Non-playing Partners or Dining Club, with effect from 1st December 07
- 15% discount for Full Playing members over 80 on 1 December provided they have been members for at least 10 years.
- A catering/bar levy of £60 will be added to subscriptions for all members except Overseas, Country, Intermediate and Juniors 15-18 members who will pay £45. Non playing partners will pay £30 and Juniors under 14 will pay £25 for the clubcard.
- Payment may be made either by cheque, cash, standing order or credit/debit card. A charge for payment by credit card will be levied (currently 2%).
- Standing order repayments cover subscriptions only and must be notified to the General Office by 15 December. There is a £50 administration charge for this service. If paying by Standing Order, extra charges (detailed below) & clubcards must be paid for separately by 31 December.
